Pesta Peti Putih

SYNOPSIS:

“Arts against Apathy…” Apathy is a psychological term for a state of indifference — where an individual is unresponsive or "indifferent" to aspects of emotional, social, or physical life.

Pesta Peti Putih (PPP) is a Youth Malay Theatre festival first initiated in 1999 for tertiary level students and schools. PPP is open to Junior Colleges, Institutes of Technical Education, Polytechnics, Art Colleges and Universities in Singapore, and is a space that encourages and nurtures the creativity and sensitivity of Malay-speaking youths within the parameters of theatre, language and literature.

PPP07 plans to reinvigorate the youth theatre and arts education scene, and aims to be one of the most vibrant and exciting platforms for youths to discover (as well as to be discovered), network, engage, share, express and create. Come be a part of this festival and support our youths as they battle apathy on stage.
